Carlos helped me get into my dream MBA program. I worked in engineering before and didn’t have any connections to M7 schools, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Zaeem is very, very good, at two things: listening, and asking the right questions. Far too many coaches will use coaching sessions as an opportunity to pontificate, and show off their intelligence. Zaeem does the opposite. Zaeem listens, digests, ruminates, and then asks you questions which make you think about your situation from a completely different viewpoint you've never had before. Coaches like Zaeem are very few and far between, and the opportunity to work with them does not come around often.
