About Wasim

I am currently a Research Fellow at Harvard University, a Senior Advisor to the Center for Development Finance Studies, and a Strategy Advisor at ODI Global Advisory. At ODI Global Advisory, I advise development finance institutions and impact investors on strategy, investment structuring and impact topics. This builds on my previous consulting experience as an Expert Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and as a Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where I worked across a range of topics and sectors. My background also includes roles at financial institutions such as British International Investment (BII), Credit Suisse, Lloyds Banking Group, and Jeffries & Company. Additionally, I have spent over seven years case coaching hundreds of students and professions, helping them secure positions at top-tier consulting and financial services firms worldwide. I hold a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford. I am also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
