With Ian's help, I landed a full time associate role at McKinsey in a Northeast US office during an overall tough consulting hiring market. He offered a level of expertise and professionalism in his coaching that really was refreshing to see - truly tailored to my needs, on-the-fly changes if he felt I was already well-prepared in some dimension, and plenty of follow up resources and "homework" assignments to keep me on track and accountable. I found that his approach to frameworks and "buckets" to be fundamentally rooted in strong logic, and using his methods I was praised for my structures during my final round McKinsey interviews. Without him I would not have an offer. I highly highly recommend anyone hoping to transform their casing and understanding of business problems to book sessions with Ian! His sessions + the endless resources and entire website of course-like materials really makes the investment worth it.

Casey was instrumental to my preparation ahead of final round interviews at BCG and McKinsey. She tailored the sessions to my specific needs, was flexible with scheduling, and helped me make the most of each and every session. Beyond the case and drill sessions we set up, Casey also provided amazingly detailed summaries and takeaways of each session, as well as supplementary resources (e.g. industry insights, math resources etc.). She really went above and beyond and followed up via chat to check in on my progress, wish me good luck, encourage me etc. I didn't just feel like I had a coach, I felt like I almost had a partner of sorts throughout the entire process!
