Manufacturing Engineering Intern
Microsoft
May 2022 - August 2022
Microsoft introduced new AI based silicon into their product line. Drove the testing efforts on 2 of their latest AI chips that enable a broader range of advantages to customers on Azure stack. - Entrusted with creating a python script that could create a list of TDRs with aliases to interact in TCL with Tessent shell to instantly write a huge dump of registers with relevant information following IEEE 11.49.1 standards that quickened debug speed by 30% across all teams. - Created documentation to quickly ramp the team on tessent shell, allowing new engineers to get familiar with setup within the day - Ran replays of the generated patterns by passing them through a simulation that predicts the outcome on actual Silicon. Debugged the necessary changes and allowed a smooth PowerOn.

Electrical Engineering Intern
Tesla
August 2021 - March 2022
Led the effort as a Program Manager on Tesla Giga Texas setup of Controls systems interacting with Engineering teams for Design and applications teams for installation and facilities upkeep. - Entrusted with Handling Instrumentation and Install of a 30-million-dollar effort of the Paint and Wastewater Treatment rooms including setting schedules for contractors, running controlled loop checks and doing agile procurement and troubleshooting. - Wrote PLC logic and created useful HMIs for Paint and WasteWater Treatment sections along with documentation for easier debug. Created Industry standard Cause&Effect documentation including downstream instrumentation and upstream PLC infrastructure. - Wrote PLC logic in Siemens software and a Python script that interacted with HMIs in the back-end end populated all necessary device information and dumped a large update on the Tesla database allowing setup time to decrease by almost 50%.
