Bhargav is an extraordinary mentor gifted with the ability to bring out the greatest potential in those around him. During our overlapping time at Bain, I was on Bhargav's recruiting team and saw him execute 1000+ resume reviews, 200+ interviews, and give 60+ offers to incoming Associate Consultants each year (as well as continue be an invested teacher to each of them upon joining). He also worked with incoming Consultants from JD and MBA programs and has a reputation for caring about people and their success in cases and beyond. He knows what it takes to get into Bain.
