Alex is a very inspiring gentleman. Having met him in my first year at university, I instantly felt his energy and enthusiasm in everything he does. What stands out about him is how he loves to help everyone with his extensive experience and is very selfless. An example of that is his Placement/career talk at the University earlier this year in collaboration with CompSoc. I am very fortunate to know Alex as a person and professional.

My coaching sessions with Nikhil were positively life-changing both personally and professionally, providing a discrete forum for honest, open dialogue that helped me lay bare my deepest anxieties, identify and conquer self-defeating mindsets. His calm authority and unflappable demeanour, coupled with his excellent people skills and leadership qualities, conveyed a sense of confidence and gravitas I was envious of. Nikhil successfully helped me develop some of these attributes, which were particularly helpful in advising clients with greater authority and managing junior colleagues more effectively, and was instrumental in my promotion to Director and subsequent nomination for Managing Director.

I was going through the motions in my PM role and was having issues with engagement, Joe started with what got me excited and what I wanted to work on. We spent the first two sessions figuring out what actually mattered to me, and it turned out the role I was in didn't align with any of it. He pushed me to try things outside my comfort zone which led to a new opportunity at the firm. Joe's coaching style is direct but he genuinely cares.

I was stuck at sr. software engineer for three years and getting frustrated, working with Joe he showed be that getting to ML principal wasn't about writing better models but was about organizational awareness. He coached me on how to identify the problems that mattered to the business, not just the ones that were technically interesting. Joe is very technical himself so he was easy to work with

Joe coached me through the hardest transition of my career, going from senior manager to director. I'd been stuck at the same level for two years and couldn't figure out what was missing. Joe helped me see that my problem wasn't technical it was how I was showing up in leadership conversations and showing my business impact. We worked on executive presence, stakeholder management, and how to frame my impact in terms that mattered to the people making promotion decisions. Within four months I got the director promotion, he helped me find my own voice at a higher level.

It was very easy to work with Maite. She was able to identify the needs and design a personnal process and reach the outcome very smoothly and fast.

Ryan brings his tons of experience as a CNN correspondent and a successful Harvard applicant to help tell a compelling story. He helped me with my essays and I got into HKS.

Alex has been a great mentor for both myself and many other people. the search for internships and placements, Alex was keen to advise me on ways to prepare, whether that being interview prep or writing cover letters.

Alex has been a great support and has shown a genuine willingness to help fellow students. He delivered a very helpful session on placement applications, sharing detailed tips on CVs and cover letters and drawing from his own experiences. As I was preparing for my own placement applications, he went out of his way to provide tailored advice. What stood out most was how supportive he was, always happy to answer any questions and offer encouragement. I am genuinely grateful for the guidance he offered and have no doubt he will continue to support others with his approachable and thoughtful nature.

JD is brilliant at weaving AI solutions in with business problems and staying on top of the latest AI trends. He is a go-getter and brings great energy to teams he has worked on. JD has shown his capability time and again in his experience at the MBA by bringing novel solutions to cases, mentoring other students learn how to implement AI, creating direct opportunities and university connections with Anthropic to bolster institutional ties, and creating his own custom solutions for workplace efficiency. I would 100% couch for JD.
