About JD
I'm an AI expert specializing in everything AI agents. I know how to 100x a single person's productivity. I've built over 100+ custom AI agents running across multiple tech stacks (Anthropic, OpenAI, MCP, Claude Code, Python, Next.js, Supabase) β 47 cron jobs and 13 MCP servers running 24/7 on a Mac Mini in my closet. Every part of the operator stack: agent design, eval suites, orchestration, deployment, monitoring. Currently: MBA candidate at BYU Marriott, incoming MBA intern at Siemens (XPS Leadership Program). I help lead the AI Foundry at BYU Marriott β an exclusive cohort of top builders shipping production AI work into real companies. Past Deloitte, and Bain consultant. Principal Product Manager at National Grid (3 Years) What I coach: π AI agent building anything AI, Openclaw, Hermes, Claude code, custom agents π Operator positioning β build a portfolio of E2E projects π AI agent system design β for anyone who'd rather build than theorize π AI Product Management β for anyone looking to break into AI Product Management Sessions are direct. Every session ends with a concrete artifact (essay draft, interview rubric, agent design doc, or LinkedIn post). Telegram-async between sessions for fast feedback β no 24-hour email loops.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I'm exactly where you'd want a coach to be β in the trenches, building, learning every part of the AI agent stack the hard way. Most coaches I see are still running sessions from before MCP existed. Before Claude Skills. Before frontier labs reorganized around forward-deployed engineering. The market for AI Product Manager talent has fundamentally shifted in the last 12 months and most coaching content hasn't caught up. It also changes every day, I dont just listen for whats changing. I am the changing ;) I'm building 100+ custom AI agents across the actual tech stacks recruiters at Anthropic, OpenAI, McKinsey QuantumBlack, BCG X, and Big Tech AI orgs care about. I lead the AI Foundry at BYU Marriott β an exclusive cohort of top builders shipping into real companies. Everything I coach is something I had to figure out in the last 5 months
