Davide had a real impact on the way I approached my MBB interview preparation. What I appreciated most was his ability to help me translate my existing skills into a professional, interview-ready context. He helped me identify the weaknesses that were limiting my performance, taught me how to break down complex cases into clear and manageable steps, and showed me how to communicate my thinking effectively even under pressure. I genuinely believe his support was a key factor in helping me secure my dream internship, and I would highly recommend him to anyone preparing for consulting interviews.

Ellen has been such an invaluable resource for me in medical school. She has helped me to create study plans, go over difficult topics for in house, NBME, and Step exams, and has been my biggest cheerleader the whole time! Ellen makes even the most complex topics super approachable and really instilled confidence in me as a test taker and on the wards. I completely credit her with my top performances on my exams that allowed me to match a top 10 Orthopedic Surgery residency program! I would highly recommend Ellen to anyone who is applying to or looking to excel in medical school.

Worked extensively with Ellen as on of her tutees. She effortlessly explains concepts on step 1 and 2 and helped me achieve a score in the 96th percentile. Also provided essay revision and content coaching that helped me match into residency in NYC. Cannot recommend enough!

I worked with Ben for a mock interview session and appreciated some of the feedback he provided... there were definitely a few useful insights. That said, the session felt quite rushed and underprepared. He hadn’t reviewed the resume I had shared in advance, which made the conversation less tailored and less effective than I was hoping for. A lot of the questions he asked were quite generic and he just didn't seem "into it". Given the price point, I expected a more thoughtful and personalized experience. Overall, while there was some value in the feedback, I don’t feel the session justified the high price tag.

I’ve worked with Jonathan through a major career transition, and our work has been critical to my success. He helped me develop and execute the strategy that ultimately landed me my first role in tech at Dell Technologies, and then guided me through the transition into smaller SaaS companies. It wasn’t easy, but we got it done. If you’re looking for someone who has both industry experience and career coaching experience - Jonathan is the man. Jonathan will help you think strategically about all the different options based on your goals and profile and then execute towards your goals. He is the kind of coach you want in your corner.

James has been an invaluable partner throughout my entire MBA journey. From the very beginning, when I was still deciding whether to pursue an MBA, he was the first person who encouraged me to take the leap and pointed me toward MLT MBA Prep, which ultimately became a cornerstone of my process. Over the past two years, James consistently went above and beyond, providing thoughtful, in-depth feedback on my essays, helping me refine my GRE preparation strategy (with a strong focus on quality over quantity), advising on extracurricular positioning, and pushing me to clearly articulate my “why” for each school. His guidance was both tactical and strategic, and always grounded in genuine investment in my success. Thanks in large part to his support, I was fortunate to be accepted into multiple top MBA programs with full scholarships. I highly recommend James to anyone navigating the MBA process, whether you’re looking for sharp, actionable advice or someone who will truly believe in you and push you to be your best.

Benjamin is an unbelievable mentor. He has a great all-round ability to cover all aspects of the application, from resume, to modelling, to interview preparation. He takes genuine interest in your applications and career and goes above and beyond his mandate to help you succeed. Not only is he highly resourceful, but also incredibly structured and methodical in his mentoring approach. He was able to identify areas of improvement immediately and provide constructive feedback that was easy to implement from the next minute. With his guidance I have landed a role at Augusta & Co. as a Summer Analyst and he continues to check in on my progress to help me convert the internship into a full time role. I am grateful to have had him as a mentor and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Humbulani coached me over several months leading up to my BCG interviews, and her analysis and feedback were instrumental in helping me get in. What stood out most, though, was how seen I felt. Humbu combines sharp insight with consistent dedication in a way that’s rare, and makes you feel like you truly have someone in your corner. Don’t hesitate to book her!

When I first set out to write my college essays, I had quite literally no idea how to start. I didn't know how to present myself on paper or what topics to write about. Lisa's insightful questions and our thoughtful conversations really stimulated new ideas and creativity. Her comments and advice she gave me really improved my writing and were just what I needed to write successful essays. Whenever I had a question or needed help reviewing a portion of an essay, Lisa would give me feedback even outside of our sessions. I ended up getting accepted into UCSD, UC Berkeley, Purdue, and CU Boulder. With Lisa's help, I felt more confident in my applications, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone applying to college.
