Tanner is an incredible coach. I highly recommend working with him on your MBA applications. He's highly skilled in resume writing, essay editing and application strategy. He's easy to talk to, yet doesn't shy away from challenging you with his feedback. His feedback will eventually make your application stronger and that's what you should want out of a coach.

I attended Chas' "Why Stanford" workshop (which was incredible) and then worked with him on my Stanford GSB Essays. He's very responsive and gives you quality feedback in a timeline manner. He asks the right questions and gets you to dig deep and think introspectively. I'm very happy I worked with him and highly recommend!

Roy has a knack for understanding people's strengths and weaknesses. With live coaching, he helped me figured out one of a core stories I should include in my essay and it was a piece that I has been missing! I found new level of inspiration and introspection.

I really enjoyed working with Laura to help her push my essays across the finish line. I needed support in reviewing the content and grammar/word choice of my essays and Laura gave me some great suggestions as to how I can make my story more compelling and relevant for AdComs. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. When I received interviews, we did a mock session that was helpful for settling my nerves when it came to the real deal.

Chip has been very helpful in providing a clear feedback and an action plan to improve my essays in my application and helped me recognize areas of my resume and experience I can lean into more effectively.

As the first student to attend graduate school in my family, I was initially lost when it came to approaching the MBA application process. From our thorough intro call all the way to our final call debriefing the application journey, Dione provided the personalized and structured guidance necessary for me to tackle this intimidating process. I had several intro calls with potential coaches, but Dione stood out with her unique storytelling-driven approach to MBA applications. It was clear that working with Dione would not be a “check the box”, impersonal coaching experience; it actually even felt like broader career coaching at times as I refined my career aspirations at the same time as I completed my applications. I came out of the process with not just completed MBA applications and finalized essays, but also a better idea of how to approach the rest of my career. For additional context on my application process, I attended a top 30 undergrad program and was employed as a strategy consultant at a non-MBB firm prior to MBA. I received interviews at all 4 schools I applied to and was accepted to 3 of the 4.

Iva helped me prepare for my MBA interviews by doing mock interviews with me. She's extremely detail-oriented in her feedback and made sure to prepare me for the more challenging interview questions which allowed me to feel completely prepared. For people coming from tech/PM backgrounds in particular, she understands super well how to put your best foot forward. 10/10 would recommend!

I contacted Neha a few days before submitting my applications to do an application review and mock interview, and I am so glad I did. Her feedback was extremely detailed. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was coherently conveying my story. Neha is also a great coach for anyone who comes from tech/PM backgrounds, as she has a really strong understanding of the elements that are important to bring out in the applications.

Joseph is the man. He worked tirelessly with me to refine my essays and resume, and constantly pushed me out of my comfort zone to think more deeply about the “why” questions. He never took the easy way out and made sure that I articulated my story coherently. Most importantly, Joseph truly cares about the people he works with. He constantly tried to make sure I felt comfortable, and was always just an email away for anything I wanted to discuss. As a reapplicant who had a relatively less traditional background, I cannot recommend Joseph highly enough.
