Rasheca was very helpful and thorough in our coaching, addressing all questions I had and providing direct, honest feedback about the strengths and weaknesses of my application. I came to her looking for help with secondaries and interview prep, and she helped me restructure my secondary essays in a way that was authentic, helping me highlight aspects of my involvement that medical schools would be most interested in. I would definitely recommend Rasheca for application help!

Pursuing an MBA especially for a veteran is a drastic (for the expenses involved given the age range of an average vet applicant) and life altering decision (given the door of opportunities it can open). Such decisions are to be carried out in collaboration with someone whom you can "trust" with your life. And what better than a fellow veteran who has experience in looking after his comrades' back in life-death situations from the battlefield. Alex is that one guy you can "trust your life" with because he is going to be there in this life-altering decision come what may (as in my case when he was available and worked with me till last half an hour of deadline and that too super-qualitatively. Don't know how he pulled it off with his superhuman abilities as I was not the only client he was working with. There were so many others!) Like a true leader at the barracks who inspires and leads from the front he will literally handhold you to make sure you don't get lost and divert from your aim or lose accountability in this life-changing path no matter how busy you are (as was the case with me). A vet specialist in the field of MBA admissions, he is that niche domain expert who is there exclusively for the military community for whom MBA is like walking into a minefield with no "intel" (yes, I have dropped enough hint about the variety of military backgrounds he can work with) and any wrong move can cost dearly (in this case an entire year wasted for vets who are already over-age). Truly speaking, B-schools go extra mile by giving waivers to attract military folks and Leland followed suit by onboarding Alex as the saviour for veterans who can actually help people from the vet community capitalize on this opportunity and realize their dream. I feel missing Alex, would not be a mere mistake but a lost opportunity of one's lifetime!

Karla helped me with my master’s program essays and CV. She’s incredibly impressive with the way she’s able to condense information and shift focus to the important points. The edits that she made on my essay were done with a lot of thought and care. She incorporated my inputs and was very communicative.

I first connected with Lucas in July of 2024, our initial plans were to apply for R1 but due to multiple work commitments(from my end), I could only apply to 4 schools for R2 out of the initially planned 9 schools. Throughout the process, Lucas took time to understand my candidature, story and helped me alter my very vague stories/essays into effective school specific and ready essay responses. I had to defer my admission, but Lucas helped me successfully convert admission at McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University for fall 2025. He is very flexible with his client's style of working and goes over and beyond wrt to guidance.

Working with Chan has been the best decision I have made in a long time. I reached out to Chan a few weeks before the deadline for the Knight Hennessy scholarship. I was stressed and unable to wrap my head around the application process. Chan was extremely sympathetic (having gone through this process himself - successfully nonetheless!). He promptly arranged a call with me to understand my background and motivations and with a few hours, developed a comprehensive 6 week roadmap that would allow me to develop a polished application. We started with an invigorating brainstorming session that honestly felt more like good therapy - there were aspects of my life that I have never shared but Chan's understanding and emotionally intelligent demeanour made it so easy for me to open up. He helped me see my own intrinsic value and dig up stories that I never thought merited sharing, let alone with an admissions committee. From the deeply insightful edits to the pep talks, Chan has been a total game-changer. Every session was a mix of tough love, inspiration, and deep insight. He pushed me to dig deeper, to find meaning in my experiences, and to express it in a way that was powerful and authentic. I have now submitted my application and waiting to hear back but regardless of the outcome, I will remain indebted to Chan. He has helped me rediscover myself and I cannot thank him enough.

I did writing and mock interview sessions with Ryan. During the writing sessions, he went through each of my essays line by line, helping me refine my ideas, structure, and tone. The notes he left on my personal statement were really valuable. I received 4 interview invites out of my 14 applications so far, and the application cycle just started. Ryan's advice was likely the reason. I had mock interviews with 2 other medical students, but I felt that Ryan's was the most comprehensive I have ever done. He asked me the hardest questions, and sent me a review document after, with detailed feedback. Once my interview rolled around I felt incredibly prepared, and nothing caught me off guard. Worth every penny.
