Scott was incredibly helpful throughout my interview preparation. We did a mock session together and the feedback he gave me was extremely detailed and so valuable! He also explained which aspects the interviewer would evaluate and how. I would highly highly recommend everyone to do at least one mock session and proper interview prep with a professional coach with great experience like Scott. I attended Abigail’s session on “Why Your Resume Doesn’t Get Seen,” and it was incredibly practical and eye-opening. She clearly explains how ATS systems and recruiters actually review resumes, cutting through many common myths. The tips were specific, actionable, and immediately applicable, with clear reasoning behind each recommendation. I walked away with a much stronger understanding of how to position my experience so it actually gets noticed.

For context, before choosing to work with Debby, I scheduled introductory meetings with a total of 5 advisors to see who would be the best fit. Many of those intro meetings were great and I could have seen myself working well with them, but Debby stood head and shoulders above the rest because of her thorough knowledge of the admissions process and first-hand experience of how admissions decisions are made. Since we've begun working together, she has only exceeded my expectations. One of the things I've found most helpful is the detailed step-by-step guide she wrote me. It's a document she wrote custom to my situation that outlines exactly what actions I need to do, what order to do them in, and how to do them. It has been absolutely invaluable to me (and I didn't even ask her to do it - she just did it on her own after our meeting then sent it to me!). Debby is the most helpful, practical, and kind advisor I've ever worked with. Hire her.

Geri is knowledgeable and helpful - during my mock she was spot on with actionable feedback, and dispelled some myths / my preconceived notions eg. shorter is better, surprisingly ‘impact’ is less weighted vs. the ‘why’s’ and wider contexts. Having someone who was a former interviewer herself was really instrumental to my actual HBS performance improvement. Would highly recommend her!

Brain is amazing at understanding and creating a story required for Private Equity space. He understands the same as well knows what is required. Immediate confidence booster for any interview. Highly recommend
