I applied to 4 deferred MBA programs and Camden helped me with 3 out of 4 of them. For HBS, his process for understanding your application strategy is thorough, insightful, and effective. Working through his worksheet and talking to him live allowed me to pull out my unique story and it became the pillar of all of my applications. He was thorough in understanding who I was as a person, so he could make sure all of my strengths were being covered in the right way in different aspects of my application. For essay editing, Camden is a brilliant writer and is good at restructuring, word-smithing to get you down to word count, and overall structural feedback. He turns around drafts quickly and offers unique insight to help you make significant improvements in every draft. Finally, I also appreciate how candid and thoughtful Camden is in his feedback. He is very direct and genuinely has your best interest at heart as a coach. For HBS and GSB especially (but also helpful for other schools), Camden is THE go-to coach. He played the biggest part in the formation of my overall application strategy and I would recommend him to everyone.

I worked with Mario as a Stanford GSB applicant. He provided valuable insight as we talked through my experiences and helped me effectively utilize different parts of the application to showcase different sides of myself. He was also very flexible and easy to contact, and provided thorough feedback as my essays came together. Mario is a thoughtful coach and mentor and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for guidance in crafting your story.

Zsika was awesome. I had to pull together an MBA application in just a few days and Zsika was a tremendous help. Using just a few hours, he helped transform my application from a thrown-together mess to something I was proud to submit. Highly recommend!

Any of the hundreds of application consultants on Leland can help you with the technical parts of your application -- essays, resume, recs, etc.. Emily can undoubtedly do this extremely well. However, this is not the primary reason I recommend her to other applicants. She insists on taking a step back, guides you through your life story, asks you the tough questions (the famous "why"), serves as your trusting and trained sounding board, gives you a head start in your MBA journey, and doesn't leave your side until you get into a top program of your choice. She looks at your application holistically and stands by you through the thick and the thin of your application journey. She was my trusted confidant, go-to application BFF-- god knows how much I vented and ranted, and above all, someone who always believed in me and brought the best out of me. She provides you a safe space to truly be yourself and encourages you to use your vulnerabilities as your strength -- some of which might end up as a thesis statement in your essay. She is attentive, communicative, accessible, and very diligent in her pursuit. The only constructive feedback I have for her is that she is extremely popular and might need to better streamline her intake of applicants. This is not to ding her for anything, as she did not let her pool of applicants influence the quality of my application. She 100% helped me get in! -- despite my lower than expected test scores. She is a true ally and a friend that will make your stressful application process less taxing.

Brennen helped me prepare for my interviews with HBS and GSB. I had a few mock interviews with him that were really helpful in getting me to feel confident before the real deal. Having gone through the process himself, he tailored his feedback and questions to the approach of each university. More importantly, he was really encouraging and gave insightful feedback after each answer.

I worked with Geoff ahead of my interview with MIT Sloan and he was critical to my success in the interview. Our mock interview was very similar to the real interview and he provided great feedback that gave me confidence going into my interview. I'd highly recommend Geoff to help you think through interview strategy at any schools, especially MIT Sloan.

Jeremy is a phenomenal coach and guided me to acceptances at both of the schools I applied to. I initially reached out for coaching because my busy work schedule left me feeling behind on preparing Round 2 applications. I also took a gamble by only applying to two schools. Jeremy's coaching was instrumental in rapidly iterating on my essay stories to ensure my time was spent building in the right direction. He is also a great editor, and was very transparent about his availability and time spent reviewing my application materials. I am so appreciative of Jeremy's coaching for getting me over the finish line.

Chas was instrumental in crafting my story for my application and helping me put my best foot forward in my interview at the GSB. His thoughtful feedback helped me pull out the most unique aspects of my story and articulate my thoughts in a clear yet compelling manner. Anyone would be very lucky to work with Chas!!

Sam was instrumental in helping me craft and articulate my story in my essays. He listened to me, processed what I said, and molded my story to portray the intent of thoughts in a clear and concise manner. Sam was always optimistic and I always looked forward to meeting with him. He was always prepared and I found each meeting very helpful. As I was preparing for interviews, I found myself asking Sam for examples of my own stories that I could share with the interviewer depending on the question asked. I would give Sam 10 Stars if I could, and I promise you'll feel the same way!
