I worked with Brennen on my applications for deferred MBA programs. He’s been a constant source of support for me throughout the process and has been nothing but empathetic, honest, and strategic with his feedback on my candidacy. Whether it was going over countless essay revisions or conducting mock interviews, Brennen went above and beyond to help me prepare for every step of the process and I’m so thankful to have worked with him. I worked with Kathryn for over eight months as a deferred MBA applicant. I highly recommend her for all MBA applicants seeking a coach! She is honest, patient, adaptable, and empathetic. She relentlessly pushed me to do better. Even when I was ready to quit, Kathryn encouraged me to keep going. In fact, I came into each session with Kathryn thinking I had an amazing essay and left with at least 20-30 ways I could make it stronger. She’s also a talented writer! Kathryn pushed me to reflect deeply on my experiences and helped me write concise, expressive essays. Additionally, Kathryn helped me build a side project to strengthen my application. As we crafted my story, I wanted to take on an extra project in my community to demonstrate passion and leadership. Kathryn helped me brainstorm and launch a project that aligned with my application, a service that very few coaches offer. Finally, I appreciate Kathryn’s optimism. When I was looking for a coach, a consultant from a long-established MBA admissions firm told me I would not get into Harvard/Stanford. Kathryn never told me a school was out of reach. She encouraged me to apply, regardless of acceptance rate, and I’m grateful that she was my coach!

I scheduled a mock interview with Camden, and he was an amazing coach! Camden studied my application from start to finish and came prepared to our session with a set of questions that simulated an HBS interview. At the same time, Camden dynamically asked follow-up questions to help me practice staying calm under pressure. He drilled into my weaker responses, uncovering blind spots in my preparation. I left our session with a clear understanding of what I needed to do next. I recommend Camden for all HBS interviewees because he knows the school really well. In fact, during our mock, Camden asked questions about minor details in my application that my actual HBS interviewer ended up asking me on interview day!

I attended Mary’s HBS interview workshop, which was very informative. Mary has great energy, and I left her workshop with an understanding of what to expect in general, sample interview questions I should prepare for, tactics to prepare for unanticipated questions, and high-level tips to approach the interview. Scrolling through GMAT Club and Reddit for advice is tricky, so I was happy to learn about the interview from an HBS alum!

Neha was really supportive even after the applications were in and offered a great second opinion on various parts of the application - prompting me to think more and craft a better a story.

Chas was exactly the coach I needed. He helped me start big picture to identify my unique why for business school and craft my narrative to draw out the most compelling aspects of my personal and professional experience. With that information, he guided me in identifying my ideal target schools and designing a comprehensive yet digestible application strategy, complete with key milestones, deadlines, and tips to keep in mind. Through it all, he offered encouragement, honest feedback, and tailored advice specific to my needs. He has just the right touch and brought invaluable perspective.

Nikki is deeply thoughtful, understands how to put a story together and will go above and beyond to package your application together. Nikki is the REAL DEAL and perfect to put your ideas onto paper in a compelling narrative. Was such a seamless experience working with Nikki! I got into HBS and I was only able to capture the nuance required in my essays because of Nikki!

Working with Ben was one of the best decisions I made ahead of my deferred MBA application process. I initially wasn't sure if I wanted to work with an admissions consultant, and after meeting several, it seemed to reaffirm my choice to go through the process alone... until I met Ben! He's incredibly personable, and helped me take my story and relay it in the best possible way. Ben is young enough and close enough to his own MBA experience to understand what applicants are going through, and what admissions is really looking for. I primarily worked with Ben on polishing my essays, and he did a great job of helping out on tight deadlines!

I worked with multiple editors during my application cycle, and Neha was the best! She is extremely reliable, provides honest and constructive feedback on my essays and is super encouraging throughout the application process. Neha is very detail-oriented: she was able to spot some issues with my essays/stories that my other editors failed to notice. In the end, her feedback and edits allowed me to reconstruct a more coherent and compelling storyline. She was also such a great morale booster throughout this grueling application process. My only regret is that I did not contact her sooner. I worked with her when apps were almost due but we managed to polish everything up just in time. I am still waiting to hear back from the schools I applied to, but I would 100% reach out to Neha again if I get an interview invite! *UPDATE: I GOT INTO STANFORD GSB!! THANK YOU NEHA!
