I thought I had some understanding of what the possibilities of AI are, especially after taking a couple AI classes at my local community college, but Breanne's customizing training took my AI knowledge to another level! While I used updating my resume as a case study to help better understand how to leverage AI for everyday purposes, I walked away more intimately understanding how AI can be leveraged in endless contexts. Breanne helped me to improve my resume to better clarify and articulate my experience in a way that better reflects my contributions. AI helped me fill in the gaps that I missed conveying in my resume, that I assumed the reader already knew. That was pretty powerful. Breanne asked sharp, thoughtful questions that surfaced strengths that I had not been presenting effectively. She showed me how to use AI in a way that felt strategic and human — not generic resume rewriting. So much of AI can be done in a way that doesn't seem authentic - but Breanne showed me how to articulate outcomes and responsibilities without exaggerating or inventing experience. This was one of the most efficient and high-value sessions I've had. Highly recommend it!

I have been an Engineer for more than 10 years now, and I know that it is very hard to find an empathetic person who listens to your struggles and can share candid advice from his/her own experiences while understanding how Engineering and Engineers really work. Well, Tim hits that sweet spot. He is an experienced Engineer and Engineering Manager who knows this industry, especially Big Tech, and understands the feelings and logic (like water and oil sometimes) one may struggle with to be a better person or in a better situation the next day. Just set up a call with him and try! He is like your neighboring uncle who listens to you and smiles, but also like your boss's boss, who will lead and suggest a vision to you.
