About Brandon
I’ve spent my career helping organizations solve complex problems, scale efficiently, and unlock transformational growth. Most recently, I led Infinite Athlete’s successful exit to Exos while overseeing M&A, commercial strategy, finance, and investor relations. My path has taken me through both high-growth startups and global organizations, with earlier roles at McKinsey, PepsiCo, and the Atlanta Hawks. I got my MBA from HBS and attended Wake Forest University for my bachelor's and master's degrees. Outside of operating roles, I enjoy supporting people directly. I’m a connector across the sports, tech, and investment communities and coach rising leaders on breaking into competitive programs and roles, elevating their stories, and navigating career transitions with confidence. In the community, I serve on nonprofit boards and advisory groups focused on youth development and trauma-informed care. Coaching allows me to bring all of these experiences together and help people pursue the opportunities they deserve with clarity and confidence.
Why do I coach?
I coach because people poured into me when I needed it most, and I believe deeply in paying that forward. Throughout high school, college, and the early stages of my career, I was fortunate to have mentors who saw more in me than I sometimes saw in myself. Their support carried me through some of the hardest moments of my life, including completing my master’s degree while sitting next to my father’s hospital bed. Losing him was my lowest point, but his constant encouragement to keep going, lead with purpose, and make people smile changed the trajectory of my life. That experience taught me that the right voice at the right time can reshape someone’s belief in what is possible. It is why I coach today. Helping talented, multifaceted people seize the opportunities they deserve is not just something I enjoy. It is something I feel called to do. In my career, I have tried to honor my father’s legacy by leading and giving back, and I have seen firsthand that people thrive when they are supported, challenged, and genuinely believed in. Coaching gives me the chance to do that one person at a time. It allows me to help you navigate uncertainty, strengthen your confidence, and unlock the potential you already have. My goal is simple: to be the kind of partner and advocate for others that so many mentors were for me.
