Matt did an outstanding job providing support and guidance throughout my recruitment process. Steven is 1 of 1, and it shows in his coaching. He's contrarian, and has hard won lessons for any and every situation. Our sessions helped me across the board, and more than anything: Steven taught me 'how' to think. Prabha was instrumental in helping me succeed in the Meta RPM interviews -- Prabha gives highly specific, actionable feedback with written notes (in addition to transcribing the full conversation in a shared doc) mapped to each element of our practice interviews, which was really impactful. Prabha is also super knowledgeable about the criteria for PM interviews, especially with Meta. Prabha is also such a warm and positive coach to work with!

I'm extremely fortunate to have gotten the chance to work with Lola. At the time I first met Lola, I had failed multiple interviews and was losing hope for getting into an APM new grad role. Lola's approach was consistently impactful, always providing the 'all-round' mentorship I needed to fully succeed: domain knowledge, tactical strategies, and personalized support beyond technical practice. Prior to meeting with Josh, I had read the books, practiced many mock interviews and worked with multiple coaches for my APM applications. Josh's coaching really stood out to me in a few ways - 1) domain expertise: Josh always gave uniquely insightful context that helped me understand how to truly think like a PM beyond just interviews and become more creative thinking through problems in ways that defeated traditional PM frameworks -2) structure of exercises: I found Josh's iterative approach with drills and working through individual parts of full interviews had the greatest impact in my growth, compared to other coaching. -3) personal connection: one of the most impactful lessons was learning to lead with my intuition more, which completely changed the way I approached communication and creativity in every type of interview.
