Working with Kim Spikes has been absolutely life changing! Her coaching sessions have allowed me to focus on my *real* goals. Kim taught me how to let go of all the unnecessary outside noise and impossible societal expectations we go through daily so I can focus on tangible self improvement. Kim is truly an expert in her field and a fantastic listener. Her sessions were structured and goal oriented (which I loved) specific for my needs. After each session, I was always left thinking of how I can be a better advocate for myself in the workplace and in my personal life. I cannot thank you enough Kim - I know we will continue to work together! I would recommend Kim's services to anyone and everyone!!
