There are so many exceptional qualities Mimi possesses I wouldn't know where to begin. Her talents and accomplishments are many. She has the unique ability to juggle a multitude of projects, yet she will always make time to help in any way she can. She is so fast and efficient too!! I am in awe of her ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas -- even people who were initially on completely different pages. Her ability to manage multiple projects is unlike any I've seen before and I know this will make a dramatic difference in the productivity level of her team. Mimi is a breath of fresh air and no matter how tense the situation, Mimi's upbeat personality can make everyone leave with a smile.

Mimi is an excellent communicator and someone who is invested in growth and success of her peers. I had the pleasure of working with Mimi over the course of two months where we carried biweekly meetings focused on professional development. We mentored each other in strengthening skills in presenting, interviewing, and networking.
