Before connecting with Cesar, I felt very lost in my path to finding and securing success in my career-post grad. I had a vision of what I wanted but I was very unclear of how I was going to get there. I was ridden with different concerns about finding a job, struggling with a lack of confidence, and belief that I was enough as a candidate. I had also never looked into career coaching in my life and was very weary of the initial investment. The biggest thing I learned from Cesar, is how powerful shifting your mindset and finding clarity in your own story really is. Cesar's method to coaching is incredibly strong. I really like how he emphasizes how your personal life and relationship with yourself translates into your professional life, and why it is important to first start off by digging at the roots of your own challenges before continuing on with more technical career based coaching. Cesar gave me the tools to discover the best version of myself and how to put in the work to achieve it. He was incredibly motivating and supportive during each step of my journey. Cesar was also very transparent and honest to tell me the truths of various challenges and what work it was going to take to pull through and overcome those obstacles that were holding me back. From that, I gained immense confidence and clarity in myself and my vision. He also gave me many different tools to help organize my life, thoughts, and how to breakthrough and dig deep into learning more about myself. He also helped me develop a stellar resume and story telling skills that helped me land more interviews as well as feel more comfortable and confident during interviews.

Before starting to talk to Cesar, I felt like I was standing on shaky ground, both in my professional and in my personal life. At work I was insecure, felt like an imposter, was second-guessing myself and doubting my abilities. At home I was frustrated, always in conflict with my partner and didn't know how our relationship can go any further. If I were to mention *the* most important thing I learned from working with Cesar it would be to always go to the root of a problem. Whether it's something that I'm feeling, whether it's a conflict with another person, the thing that's in my control is to pull my sleeves up and get digging. Start with understanding and empathy and get to the root. That's where we start our work. Also, words to live by from Cesar: THERE MUST BE A WAY. I feel like anyone could benefit from talking to Cesar, whether it's someone struggling with something that seems basic, like finding motivation, or someone who is interested in stepping up their game and performing at the next level.

Since incorporating the skills and mindset from Cesar, my life has been the best ever-- and everyday I'm growing. Had the greatest first interview one can dream of, confident in myself and engineering skills, mended relationships with family & friends, and started dreaming planning again about my future. I enjoy everyday of my life. Individuals who have a leader mindset and know how to take the initiative. Financially, for a college student coming from a middle class family, the price can seem intimidating. However, speaking for myself, I really wanted to be apart of this learning experience, so I picked up more hours at work. Similarly, Cesar is very understanding.

Cesar taught me soo much. First of all, Cesar really helped me get comfortable with the idea that getting a job would not be a trap but instead would give me the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop myself so that I could eventually start my own business. He helped me really self-reflect and see my own story in a way where I could tell it in a way where it would make perfect sense why I was the best fit for the jobs I was applying to. He also taught me the philosophy and specific strategy of how he would approach a job search. We spent a lot of time fine-tuning my resume and then he got me all ready to start applying to jobs and networking! I got a wonderful job at a unicorn company! Thank you Cesar!! I have so much more clarity on myself and what I am looking for. On top of that, I am so much more confidence in my ability to give value to the world.

I believe that lack of confidence and problems with impostor syndrome are super common among Engineering students. Our course work is challenging, landing an internship requires so much dedication and strategic planning, and remaining confident among all the difficulties is very hard. Having the guidance of someone experienced and who can relate, like Cesar, is an amazing opportunity to realize that I have been making the right decisions to follow one of the many possible paths to achieve my goals. We all try to have hope that what we are doing is right, but saying all that you have done out loud makes it real and impactful. It makes you proud of all the work you have put in. Coaching is an essential step in your career, do it sooner rather than later. It's a great way to learn from someone else's experiences and avoid making the same mistakes as they did. Also, you will be able to get a clearer vision of what you have done so far and what you have to do in order to achieve your goals. You learn how to leverage your past to build your future!

Cesar coaching program is for people that are dreamers, that want to build and reach exceptional things, for those whose are not content with the world that they live and they want more from it! For believers and dreamers who are struggling to find the right path and to take the right actions before I the coaching program I used to struggle to keep a good mental state, impostor syndrome and I hadn't no direction and clearness to the path that I wanted to go with college. After all the meeting with Cesar I stopped worrying about outcomes, people that I used to think that were better than me, and I stated focusing on myself and about enjoying the process instead of dreaming about the results, and most important taking action!

Since coaching with Cesar, my life has transformed in many meaningful ways. I now have a clear vision for my future, which has replaced the uncertainty I once felt. His guidance helped me break free from self-doubt and embrace a confident, authentic mindset. Today, I approach opportunities and challenges with a renewed sense of purpose, knowing that I am capable of reaching positions I once thought were out of my league. This clarity and confidence have not only enhanced my professional pursuits but have also enriched my personal growth and everyday interactions.

I’d recommend anyone who wants to find the root cause of why they cannot land an offer or nail an interview to talk to Cesar. He challenges you (but in an extremely kind/considerate manner) to dig deeper into any issue you may be facing, and how to troubleshoot it. Additionally, he provides a lot of tactical support (e.g. LinkedIn profile suggestions, refining referral messaging, etc) I’m much more comfortable and less anxious going into interviews! Even if there isn’t a mutual fit, I try to bring my best and most honest version of myself into these meetings.

Working with Cesar, I left every session feeling empowered and reinvigorated. He helped me shift my mindset, develop strong mental frameworks, and gain entirely new perspectives on my career and self-worth. Through our work together, I was able to process past challenges, recognize my unique strengths, and understand that success doesn’t require me to fit a specific mold—I can thrive by being myself. Working with Cesar has been transformative. I secured a job that exceeded my expectations and have already built valuable relationships with my new colleagues. I now genuinely enjoy my work and approach each day with enthusiasm—where I once felt drained, I now feel empowered. I’ve gained a renewed sense of confidence and strengthened relationships across all areas of my life, and truly believe in myself.
