I had been working on a career switch for about 8 months before I met with Cesar. I had been having a very hard time being consistent with my efforts and would frequently lose motivation. Before starting to talk to Cesar, I felt like I was standing on shaky ground, both in my professional and in my personal life. At work, I was insecure, felt like an imposter, and was second-guessing myself and doubting my abilities.
