Before connecting with Cesar, I felt very lost in my path to finding and securing success in my career-post grad. I had a vision of what I wanted but I was very unclear of how I was going to get there. I was ridden with different concerns about finding a job, struggling with a lack of confidence, and believing that I was enough as a candidate. I had also never looked into career coaching in my life and was very weary of the initial investment. Cesar gave me the tools to discover the best version of myself and how to put in the work to achieve it. He was incredibly motivating and supportive during each step of my journey. I can honestly say that I am not the same person I was three months ago today. I am much more certain, way less self-conscious/doubtful, and highly confident that I can achieve the life that I am working so hard on building for myself. Cesar taught me how I am in control and in the power of achieving and showing up as my higher self and how outward influences that have negatively impacted my life, can be re-written to tell a different and greater story.

Cesar has been incredibly helpful in making me clarify how my work is valued internally and externally. He really pushes me to explore what's holding me back and inspires me to take the next step with mindfulness so I'm focusing on the right tasks.

It's difficult to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the negotiation process on the internet but Cesar is a class of his own. Throughout our session it was evident that Cesar's expertise comes from experience: from the get-go he was focused on covering topics that would be the most impactful in our limited time and was personable and knowledgeable. I am much more confident in my job search now that I am equipped with his advice not just in terms of the negotiation process but also in terms of mindset. I highly recommend Cesar.

I’d recommend Cesar, because I don’t know how my life would be right now if he never showed up when he did! I would still be lost, not knowing what I wanted to do in life. He really cares about your situation and you as a human. All he wants to do is help you become the best version of yourself, so you can be happy and feel fulfilled! He makes you realize the core problem of what’s going on and helps you understand why that’s happening and what you can do to fix it. He still continues to inspire me and encourages me to want to be my very best everyday! There will be positive results if you do work with him!!

I would recommend someone to work with Cesar because he is straight to the point and doesn't fluff. I knew that there was something wrong with me but never knew how I could approach it. Cesar, helped me break down the process of how what I was doing was affecting me negatively. Prior to meeting with Cesar, I was very hesitant and unproductive in the way I approached my goals. Most of the time I found myself to be very reactive to my day as time went by I would just see how my motivation crumbled. I have learned to be more in control of not only my weekly objectives but my life. Prior to meeting Cesar I was not in the best health state and now I am feeling much more motivated and enthusiastic. I have learned to be productive with my time and how I choose to go on with my goals. I am doing great, I feel much more self-assured and have a much more happier outlook on life. I have seen much more improvement in the way I am grateful with myself and life.

I have a more positive mind set and I'm more productive and relaxed posting content and videos, which is AMAZING!! Cesar is very motivating and that encourages me to keep taking action, when every fibre of my being wants to run away and hide. I'm more comfortable not trying to be perfect and making it about me and how anxious I am or doubting if what I'm saying is good enough. The focus is more about getting my messages out there to help my ideal client and what she needs, which is a BIG relief and takes a lot less energy.

I would highly recommend anyone who feels lost, unmotivated or alone to give the program a shot. Cesar works very hard so you would too. He does not have the answers to every question, regardless he gives valuable guidance so that you can get your answer yourself. As the name implies, this program cuts all "fluff" and focuses on being comfortable being uncomfortable. Cesar, however caters the program to you personally and acquaints you to the no-fluff mindset. Because of that, both Cesar and I noticed a major improvement to my productivity and personality within the first month.

I had come to Cesar with the intention of working on career work to help set me up for my future, and while all that work we did did help me secure an internship (WHOOP WHOOP), so much of that work was internal reflections and inner work. I have learned so much about myself, my habits, initial thought processes, and how to disturb the negative intrusive thoughts I had about myself. Through trial and error, Cesar help me find the routines and habits that help ground me to set me up to do my best work. As one who tends to be VERY thoughtful, sometimes getting stuck in overthinking cycles, these habits and routines formed has been vital in helping over come mental obstacles and reground myself.

The biggest thing I learned from Cesar, is how powerful shifting your mindset and finding clarity in your own story really is. Cesar's method to coaching is incredibly strong. I really like how he emphasizes how your personal life and relationship with yourself translates into your professional life, and why it is important to first start off by digging at the roots of your own challenges before continuing on with more technical career based coaching. Cesar gave me the tools to discover the best version of myself and how to put in the work to achieve it. He was incredibly motivating and supportive during each step of my journey. Cesar was also very transparent and honest to tell me the truths of various challenges and what work it was going to take to pull through and overcome those obstacles that were holding me back. From that, I gained immense confidence and clarity in myself and my vision. He also gave me many different tools to help organize my life, thoughts, and how to breakthrough and dig deep into learning more about myself. He also helped me develop a stellar resume and story telling skills that helped me land more interviews as well as feel more comfortable and confident during interviews.
