I’d describe the way Ifeoma coaches as warmly encouraging. She encourages you to face your challenges head on by helping you to see things differently. It’s like she ‘unblocks’ the mind that is ‘stuck’ or ‘blocked’ by helping you navigate your thoughts and emotions. Coaching with Ifeoma has helped me to ‘think differently’ when I’m faced with issues. I used to think that I’m very practical and must only consider ‘logical’ options when making decisions. Ifeoma made me realise that my emotions matter too, maybe most importantly, when making decisions and that’s really made an impact on how I think and make plans now.
