I’m a global tech leader with nearly two decades of experience operating in high-performance environments. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, driven strategy, and navigated complex change at scale — while also managing the quieter transitions that come with motherhood, identity shifts, and rebuilding after illness. Those experiences reshaped how I think about ambition, success, and fulfilment. They also deepened my belief that clarity is the most powerful advantage a professional can have. Today, I coach ambitious individuals who are capable, driven, and successful on paper — but know something needs to evolve.
