About Nancy
As someone who took her first business-related class (Economics) as a sophomore in college, I definitely didn't grow up knowing about or aspiring towards a corporate career. My journey to JPMorgan, BCG, and Wharton MBA started later than most, and I have a lot of appreciation for the effort that is involved in understanding the business world and all the intricacies around recruiting, networking, etc.
Why do I coach?
I've been fortunate to have many fantastic mentors and supporters to guide me in my career journey, and I want to be that person for others! I love helping people succeed, especially in industries or areas that feel inaccessible or complicated. In the beginning, I used to purposefully not apply to internships and jobs because I didn't think I had the background or skills for it. While I don't regret that path that led me to my career today, I want to help ensure that others don't similarly limit themselves by breaking down what companies or schools expect from candidates.
