Tijs was incredible helpful in helping me to secure an offer at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He has a deep understanding of how to crack a case, with super useful tricks to ace each part of the case (framework, quants, business sense, recommendation).

Starting off in a new country with 0 acquaintance is never easy, but Connor's advice definitely made it a lot better, and, of course, much more fun! The advice Connor gave started from the job overview, and then he went into details by analyzing my background, further suggested how I can emphasize my strengths in my resume, and concluded with an overall career strategy. He also gave some life tips through his own experiences. Eventually all of these led to my landing at an ideal job. I would highly recommend Connor to the ones who are looking for an international career move. His advice made this huge decision less terrifying and much more approachable.

I really appreciated that Connor was always responsive with communication and thoughtful in the advice he shared. I had a desire to go abroad, and he helped me narrow in on the tech industry where that might be most feasible so early on in my career. He was also always forthcoming about his own experience and clear about what was replicable and what was not. Most of all, he's kind! That helped me feel relaxed and calm in strategizing my career with him.

Working with Adin during the private equity recruitment process was crucial. He had a great grasp on all of the different items commonly tested in private equity interviews and worked with me to create a study approach that resulted in me feeling well prepared by the time on-cycle finally kicked off. When I came to Adin, I was not exactly sure how to tackle investment oriented case interviews (the primary reason why I had reached out). Adin did a great job providing verbal examples of exactly how an investment case interview would go and worked with me to create an easy framework that I applied during each of my investment case interviews that I ended up receiving during recruitment. Every one of these interviews went really well in my opinion, and I ended up with a private equity Associate offer from my top choice of firms. Since then, I have continued to look to Adin for business school and post b-school career advice. Few people are as knowledgeable in my opinion as Adin when it comes to recruitment for both private equity as well as hedge fund related roles. His advice is insightful, right to the point and very credible. I will always be incredibly grateful for the mentor sessions I had with Adin, and I highly recommend Adin for anyone looking for career mentorship.
