Arushi will do everything to get you where you want to be! She’s always going out of her way to help people with everything from resume editing to big decisions like career advice. She’s helped me with casing, consulting industry questions, practice interviews, resume editing, cover letter advice, and just pure motivation! Her feedback is always direct, explained, and reasonable. Not to mention she is extremely qualified and knowledgeable - Arushi got offers from all top three consulting firms, which is incredible. But most importantly, she is so friendly and funny - couldn’t have asked for a better coach!

As a sophomore in college, I went through consulting internship recruiting and ended up receiving an offer from BCG because of Arushi's help. She provided great insights on how to present my story during the interview process and was especially helpful with learning how to tackle consulting cases. Despite the quick turnaround I experienced when I received final round interviews from the MBBs, she was easy to connect with and gave extremely helpful feedback on how I cased. I come to Arushi when I need someone to get to the root of whatever I’m working on. There have been times that someone told me my resume and cover letter were ready to go and gave me no further feedback when I pressed for it. Then, I showed them to Arushi and she came back with heaps of both broad and granular feedback. Arushi will get to the heart of what’s there (or isn’t) and give constructive feedback on how to remedy it or bring it to another level. She takes the time to understand what you’re trying to convey and has a keen eye for storytelling. While she’s exceedingly nice, Arushi isn’t afraid to give critical feedback in a direct manner. These qualities make her feedback all the more effective.
