Samantha was the best career coach I have ever worked with. I had to prep for an interview which included an Excel data analysis presentation. Samantha patiently worked with me, helping to develop my excel skills along the way. From being completely overwhelmed with data to building pivot tables—on my own!— I felt completely prepared to present based on what I l had learned to build. Samantha also asked questions that led me to gather pointed insights on the data. Additionally, I was ready for my manager interview because of how Samantha helped me develop and tighten my interview stories. I owe my promotion to Territory Manager exclusively to the help from Samantha!

Jineet helped me with consulting case interview preparation and advised me throughout my job search, helping me learn about opportunities in life sciences and healthcare consulting. Although I was fairly new to case prep, Jineet made me feel comfortable when I faltered or made a mistake. Getting feedback from him was very helpful, as I learned how to better ask questions of my interviewer, use frameworks more creatively, and provide a succinct recommendation. Jineet provided suggestions on how to impress the interviewer by bringing in personal knowledge and interest. I would recommend his coaching to anyone in need of interview prep or career advice in general!

Jineet coached me multiple times and my casing ability significantly improved over the cases he gave me. For me, the level of detail in feedback is what helped me improve the most - even during cases where I'd do really well, I would still get at least 20-30 minutes of detailed feedback on what I did well, what I could improve on, and how to take my casing to the next level. He also was able to provide help with behavioral interviews and also give detailed feedback there as well. With his coaching, I had final round interviews with McKinsey, BCG, Oliver Wyman, and Roland Berger. I can firmly say that Jineet was one of the main reasons for my success in recruiting.

I worked with Jason in a lot of areas concerning the consulting recruitment process. He helped me case, build cover letters, learn how to network, and reviewed my application overall. He put significant time and effort into all of my work, and knew the perfect balance between being tough on me and encouraging me at the same time. Tyler was instrumental to my transition from a business analyst to a product management role. He was the first person I went to when I was thinking about making the jump to PM. All throughout the process, Tyler was an invaluable resource in helping me think through both if I should transition into product management and how I should go about making that transition.
