Saniya was a great coach who really helped build my confidence for my upcoming McKinsey interview. She had insights and tips that could only come from someone who's gone through the process and was super helpful with both the casing and PEI components. I improved significantly with her help!

I had about six weeks to learn how to case to prep for my interview. He walked through important fundamentals, then moved into more advanced and nuanced things to focus on. He has very good attention to detail and helped push me over the edge in my interview.

Kate has been an incredible mentor throughout my Capital One interview preparation. She went above and beyond to help me understand the interview structure and expectations, and provided invaluable guidance in refining my behavioral stories. What stood out most was her communication style—she was always supportive, responsive, and made our coaching sessions highly efficient by preparing tailored "homework" in advance! I’m truly grateful for her mentorship and would highly recommend her to anyone preparing for PM/Consulting interviews.

Had a great session with Johnathan! I am preparing for metrics product interviews and he provided me with a lot of information that made my answers even stronger. Definitely would recommend mocking with him since he offers helpful advice that you wouldn’t find on YouTube. I appreciate his patience and kindness as well.

When I started working with Alex, I was at a low point in my casing journey. This was my third time recruiting for an MBB firm and my second attempt at McKinsey after failed Super Days during my MBA program. I had already worked with two different MBB professionals-turned-coaches, but their conflicting styles and guidance left me more confused and ultimately shattered my confidence. I decided to reach out to Alex because of our shared background as military veterans and his McKinsey experience. From the beginning, I felt I could trust him with this important investment—and I’m glad I did. Alex guided me through McKinsey-style cases and helped me unlock several breakthroughs: 1. Structuring: Give yourself freedom with drivers as long as you cover the entire problem with broad strokes. 2. Math: Stop multitasking and trying to write down the givens while the interviewer speaks. Just listen fully to start breaking down the problem mentally before structuring on paper. 3. Charts: Push deeper for insights that connect back to the problem or advance the hypothesis. Equally important, Alex worked with me to refine my PEI stories until I felt fully confident walking into that half of the process. Thanks to Alex's help with my PEI's, I really felt that I was starting at 50% rather than 0. A great coach’s value isn’t just in knowing the mechanics—plenty can do that. The best coaches help you recognize how you’re getting in your own way, then provide the tools and mindset shifts to break through. That’s exactly what Alex did for me. Thanks to him, I was able to correct a lot of bad habits, stop second-guessing myself, and regain confidence in myself.
