About Saniya
Hi, I’m Saniya —a Stanford graduate and incoming Bain & Company consultant with a passion for unlocking potential in others. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: startup founder, nonprofit leader, public speaker, and mentor. I’ve interviewed for and received offers from top-tier firms like Bain, McKinsey, and BCG, and got into many top schools while in high school. But more than just the credentials, I’ve walked in the shoes of the students and professionals I now coach. I know what it feels like to chase ambitious goals—and to feel overwhelmed by the pressure to meet them. That’s why I love helping others not only perform at their best, but feel at their best while doing it.
Why do I coach?
Coaching changed my life. The first in my family to go to college in the US, while navigating elite institutions, competitive internships, and high-pressure interviews—I often wished I had someone who truly understood the game and could help me play it smarter, not harder. Now, I coach because I want to be that person for others. Whether it’s a high schooler aiming for a perfect score, a college student breaking into consulting, or a mid-career professional pivoting careers, I believe in demystifying the path and walking it alongside you—with strategy, empathy, and belief in your potential.
