Genuine caring of candidate outcome and success

I had the great pleasure to talk with Tim for about one hour. He went the extra mile. I felt he sincerely tried to understand my particular situation and employed all this knowledge and experience to help me. He came prepared and also took notes. Also he knows how to structure the call and guide the discussion. I received more from Tim than I expected. After the call he even shared insightful documentation. I will meet with him again :)
