Adam coached me on PEI. He is quite experienced and efficient!! He has a guideline for each questions like personal impact. The story needs to hit each criteria to be okay. He knows what level of detail is needed and what is not necessary. Though I didn't get McKinsey in the end, my interviewer told me that my story was great! Things that let me not pass the interview was my casing part.
