I can tell Lee cares deeply and did not just "go through the template" on the first call. We covered much more ground, in depth, than I expected. His sincere enthusiasm for working together to create, execute, and refine my approach was evident, and I look forward to our next conversations.

In a one half hour session, we were able to go through my goals, my concerns and my resume, where he gave several good points of feedback. He was open to use his network to help further my career possibilities, and in general was a very positive person. His credentials were impeccable, and I felt that he was truly motivated to be a coach and mentor.

I left my first session with Albert having a handful of actionable improvements to my resume (even after having worked with a number of other coaches) and suggestions for addressing weaknesses I share regarding branding and exposure. Even though we are in different fields, he immediately offered to share relevant connections from his network. I cannot overstate how much was gained from just our first session.

Milton was very kind and professional, being aware of the short amount of time that we had together he cut to the chase and was very efficient on communicating strategies on landing a job within the PE industry. After the meeting I left knowing what my next steps should be in order to prepare for interviews and applications and with greater knowledge of what is expected from new entries in the industry.

Christina performed a mock interview with me. Following the mock interview she gave me general feedback as well as returning to each questions with suggestions to make each answer stronger.
