What I like the most is that he has a very good grasp of how things play out from the recruiter's perspective which is crucial advantage with the health of the job market today. There are insights he will give that most people advising with job hunt do not that I really appreciate. Connie makes you work through exercises, and you wouldn't want it any other way. I've attended three events at Leland so far and hers was the best. She helped me debunk my misled belief that networking was icky and selfish. She's so generous for hosting a 90-minute session, too! Highly recommend.
