He constantly pushed me to develop my own thinking, structure problems in my own way, and truly internalize the logic. His goal was to make structured thinking a part of who I am, not something rehearsed, but something natural. Every session was intentional and tailored. No two days were the same because each session targeted a specific area for improvement. Even the drills were purposeful. They were not random repetition, but carefully designed exercises to sharpen a particular skill, whether it was structuring, mental math, creativity, communication, or handling pressure. Everything had a clear teaching objective behind it. Beyond the technical preparation, Karthick was there for me in ways that went far beyond coaching. He was a listening ear after difficult interviews, a tough but fair reviewer when I needed honest feedback, and my biggest source of encouragement when things did not go my way. Whenever I faced setbacks, he did not just analyze what went wrong. He gave me the pep talks I needed to regain confidence and keep pushing forward. Even outside of scheduled sessions, he made himself available. A quick text or a phone call between interview -he was available! That level of commitment and care is rare. If you are looking for someone who will not only help you crack consulting interviews but also build your confidence, resilience, and mindset, I cannot recommend Karthick enough.

He will get you where you want to be. Incredibly encouraging guy that will go out of his way to technically prep you and behaviorally prep you in the best way possible. I switched to Sales and Trading halfway through and he had everything for even that. If I could give six stars I would.
