Alan is an ICF-certified leadership coach and facilitator with over a decade of work experience in consulting and advertising. As a coach, he helps professionals and managers approach their careers with intention, focusing on prioritizing what’s important , shifting mindsets, and setting goals in service of professional growth. Example coaching topics include perfectionism, impostor syndrome, leadership effectiveness, transitioning to manager, and assessing career opportunities.
