About Brendan

When I transitioned from the military to business school, I felt like I was starting from zero - everyone seemed to speak a language I hadn’t learned yet. I explored investment banking to understand the business world but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit. I then joined a fast-moving startup, where I built a strong reputation for taking ownership and driving strategy, and later spent a summer in consulting with BCG, where I truly enjoyed solving complex problems alongside exceptional teams. Service has always been at the core of who I am — whether leading soldiers, supporting founders, or guiding peers through career transitions. That journey — through trial, learning, and growth — is why I coach: to help others navigate uncertainty, find their fit, and tell their story with authenticity and confidence.
