Ifeoma is a strategic thinker, empathetic and supportive in progressing others. Respect. Someone who listened intently, offered thoughtful guidance, respectfully challenged when needed, fully committed to support development of others.

I’d describe the way Ifeoma coaches as warmly encouraging. She encourages you to face your challenges head on by helping you to see things differently. It’s like she ‘unblocks’ the mind that is ‘stuck’ or ‘blocked’ by helping you navigate your thoughts and emotions. Coaching with Ifeoma has helped me to ‘think differently’ when I’m faced with issues. I used to think that I’m very practical and must only consider ‘logical’ options when making decisions. Ifeoma made me realise that my emotions matter too, maybe most importantly, when making decisions and that’s really made an impact on how I think and make plans now.

She has a continuous improvement, empathic and encouraging way of thinking. It makes you challenge yourself while knowing she will be there every step of the way to support you. Not hand holding just the confidence of knowing she is there when you need her. She has acted as a coach, mentor and supporter throughout the time that I’ve known her in my career. She has supported me in times where I just needed emotional boost or just someone to listen. In reference to how to navigate my career, Ifeoma has mentored me by giving me exercise and thought processes to help me decide my career path and goals. Also, how to make the best out of my career and coach me in real time on how to be innovative with my work. Ifeoma’s support is gentle but extremely impactful. I have even passed on her advice to my adult children as they are starting off their career journey.
