As someone who is hard of hearing, I really appreciated how patient and considerate he was throughout our conversation, it made me feel comfortable and included. His guidance on the case interview structure was clear and encouraging, which helped boost my confidence. One area where I would have loved more depth is feedback on the technical parts of my resume. More specific, actionable comments on what to improve would be extremely valuable for me as I continue preparing my consulting applications. Overall, Justin is a great coach who truly cares about his mentees, and with slightly more detailed resume-focused feedback, the sessions would be even stronger.
