Coming from a nontraditional background, I’ve spent a lot of time soul-searching and mapping out what the next few years would look like. She’s helped me stay grounded during moments of self-doubt, reminded me that my goals are achievable, and kept me focused with clear next steps and tangible deadlines. It seems like she has more experience supporting marketers at big companies with a lot of resources, but she was able to translate some of that to the early-stage company I'm at.
