Matthew is strategic and practical at the same time. He is not the kind of coach who just gives you questions to question your questions (unfortunately, just like other coaches I have met). He really puts you forward, not just with his experience and skills, but also by referring you to his network, even on the first session. I think other coaches need to learn how to coach from Matthew because his work shows that coaching helps. From now on, insyaAllah, I will invest in my personal growth by investing in coaching with Matthew.
