Ellin played a key role in my HBS admission. Her thoughtful feedback on my essays, guidance throughout the process, and interview prep made a huge difference. On top of that, her support and availability were incredible — she was always there when I needed. Carlos is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and personable people I’ve met. Allyson’s approach to coaching is uniquely human! She really helps you understand your strengths, where you are willing to be flexible/compromise, and where you are not! My experience working with Allyson couldn’t have been better and I felt like we accomplished so much every time we connected. She helped me get and stay organized and kept me accountable throughout my job search. She has so many resources and knowledge. I feel lucky to have worked with her!

I've been lucky to have Ryan help me when I was most insecure in my job search. Despite graduating, I felt my technical and interpersonal skills were still lacking in a way that would make the job application process impossible. Ryan was able to help me recognize my strengths as well as well leverage them in such a way that I could stand out. He also gave me insight into ways that I could work around my weak points, sitting down to talk to me about how I can improve my code or ways to change my mindset going into interviews. If it wasn't for Ryan, I might have given up looking for work in the tech industry altogether.

Yudhajit really knows the game. He has a 360 degree approach to things and his advice actually helps one bring their best foot forward. He has strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and the result is advice you can trust. Really glad I met him!!
