It was uncomfortable at first to dig deeper, but with his guidance, I uncovered stories I never would have used and learned how to make my application feel honest and powerful. When I got my acceptance letters from Columbia and NYU, I felt real pride. George didn’t just help me get into amazing schools, he helped me share who I am.

Damion is an incredible thought partner, strategist and leader with a big heart, big ideas - able to quickly the connect the dots and create super fans across teams, brands and communities (internal/external). In the five years that I worked with him in a variety of capacities in Portland via Nike, I had him speak on several panels on how to create a killer portfolio, innovation, and consumers. Damion always said yes, was willing to share his insights and expertise, and of course, always knocked it out of the park.
