I work on a side passion product that Jessica gave strategic consulting to, and have also personally benefited from her coaching on career development. Jessica is a rare gem even among all the great PMs I know. She is naturally talented at understanding team dynamics, bringing out the best sides of every member. She advocates for "work smarter" and "less (more focused) is more" principles, and brings new perspectives/refreshing mind models to team discussion every time. One of the most resourceful, smart and caring PMs I know. Definitely recommends her coaching since she really seeks to understand your background, your passion and help you strategize.
