Niina was instrumental in helping me obtain a full ride scholarship to business school. Her advice gave me the roadmap and confidence I needed to craft a convincing application. Once I received acceptances, she coached me on how best to approach conversations about financial aid and which stakeholders to get face time with in order to increase my visibility. I truly am grateful for her help!

As a coach and former executive myself, Kathryn has bolstered my discernment, inner sense of authority, and helped me to take the risks I needed to take. Kathryn tells the truth you need to hear, not just the truth you want to hear. I’ve been working through challenges balancing a challenging job while going through the yuck of divorce AND trying to raise three kids. When I show up overwhelmed and full of self loathing and shame, she shows up with heart and care and reminds me who I am. When I’m questioning what to do next reflects back me but with the tough talk that I need to see that I’m letting fear and self doubt take the wheel and that I’m bolder and stronger than that. When you need a coach that is kind enough to care but bold enough to hold you to the fire, you need Kathryn.

Working with Abigail made the admissions process so much easier. I came to her with some schools I was thinking of applying to and she gave me so many tools to help me stay organized and tailor my application to each school. She went above and beyond and she is honestly incredible. I am so lucky to have found her when I did.

I was skeptical about working with a coach for job support but I was struggling and a friend really recommended talking to Alex. He was studying at Oxford when we helped me with understanding what I could do to make a big change. He was very patient and was especially helpful with getting my confidence up. He was very positive but also relatable, not too ‘fluffy’ like what I thought coaches were like. I am so glad I took up the offer to call him… thanks so much Alex!!

Niina was monumental in helping me develop a strategy for applying to business school and maximizing my time in the program, especially for someone like myself who wanted to navigate entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems while in school. She gave incredible advice around the different programs to consider, and the innovation resources that each had to offer. On top of that, she helped me figure out how to connect with the community where these programs are located, helping me understand the opportunities outside of the classroom as well. Finally, she helped me focus all of these ideas into the stories I wanted to tell in my application essays. With her guidance, I was able to get accepted to multiple schools, start my experience with a solid game plan, and connect with the network both inside and outside of the school. Jono is THE BEST! He’s extremely empathetic, intelligent, and enthusiastic. He goes out of his way to ensure his mentees are prepared, confident, and ready for the next challenge! He personally helped mentor me during college, during management consulting recruiting, and succeeding once I started as a full-time Associate.
