About Niina
I'm a product-focused builder with experience working in venture studios, startups, and corporate innovation teams. I'm currently Head of Product at Otis, a pet health startup. I leveraged business school to transition into product roles, focusing specifically on the 0-1 stage. I self-studied for the GMAT in 2 months, and was accepted to my top choice, the MMM program at Kellogg. There, I was selected as an FC Austin Scholar and received a full ride to cover tuition costs. I love getting to share more about my non-traditional journey to business school (since it was never part of the plan for me) and about how to understand and navigate the world of startups, venture studios, product management, and design thinking.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it feels like to be unsure if a path is meant for you. I didn’t take the traditional route into product or business school and for a while I wasn’t sure I belonged in either. But I figured it out by asking questions, testing things out, and learning to trust what I bring to the table. Coaching is a chance to pass that on. I like working with people who are curious, motivated, and just need some direction or perspective to move forward. Whether you're exploring product roles or thinking about an MBA, I’m happy to help you find your way through it.
