About Alexander
My life and career have spanned continents, industries, and roles, granting me a unique perspective on the recruitment, hiring, and professional growth facets of career development. I have 10 years of coaching and advising for MBA, Masters, and PhD students, specializing in supporting young professionals in defining their career paths and optimizing their search, application and interviewing skills. I have a further 10 years in team leadership and business strategy roles in marketing and sales functions, integrating personal branding, self-selling, and communicating in a way that resonates with audiences (and hiring managers!) Across private and non-profit sectors, I've employed a GROW coaching model for staff and am deftly aware of what it takes to succeed across settings and experienced developing customized professional development plans. With multiple coaching credentials, 2 BAs (Psychology, Political Science), an MBA, and an MSc in Major Programme Management (all earned with Distinction/Merit), I am committed to continuous growth and remain plugged in to the latest in career education and market developments.

I am very much values-led and deeply passionate in enabling others’ success, getting an immense sense of pride seeing my clients and teams succeed. Having helped hundreds (if not more) young professionals make incredible career pivots, earn ambitious promotions, or land great post-studies jobs, there is nothing as rewarding as receiving the news that a client was able to take that next big step in their professional life; it's why I've dedicated my career to offering my insights and expertise to help more new and early careerists overcome the increasing challenges in the world of work.
