Tyler is a top notch guy—smart, funny, helpful, reliable. He’s the type of guy I wish everyone could get to know. He’s also one of the few people I want to start a company with. We work together and Tyler has been heavily involved in recruiting, training, and mentoring new employees (in addition to an already heavy workload). People gravitate to his positive energy.

Kate was great to work with! My son was struggling with his Common App and personal essays, but Kate provided structure and feedback in a timely, and easily understandable manner. If my daughter decides to go to university in the U.S. I’m enlisting Kate’s help again!

Marco was one of the most influential people during Big 3 recruiting, and the reason why I got into Bain's Building Entrepreneurship Leaders program this summer. He not only had a lot of experience and knowledge about casing, but he was also a really good coach/mentor. On the technical side, he taught me casing tips like how to build a MECE framework, how to move the case forward, and great constructive, customized feedback. If I ever have a case interview coming up, Marco is one of the first people I will ask to help me case.

Marco was able to case me and teach me completely about consulting in a very short matter of time. For context, I was recruiting for investment banking, but had a Big 3 consulting opportunity come across my desk wherein I was able to get to the final round. In a mere matter of days, Marco was able to break down everything I needed to know about consulting in a digestible and effective manner. A question which was asked to me: “How many streetlights are in Chicago” (which I would not have been able to think through before reaching out) I was able accurately almost to a T, impressing all my interviewers. I argue his patience, personality, and casing skills make him an excellent candidate for a coach - making both Leland and potential candidates a stronger organization.

During my MBA program I struggled with accounting. This was my first time dealing with the subject and was a big challenge for me. After asking for help, I started working with Joseph as my tutor. Joseph is a very talented tutor. He quickly assessed my level of understanding and started working from there. Joseph was willing to take the time needed to improve my knowledge. He is focused on setting strong knowledge foundations, rather than just giving “recipes” to solve problems or tests. Finally, Joseph is a very patient tutor. As a English as a second language student, he was able to transmit his knowledge and ideas fluently, and understood my questions even when language was a challenge for me. I strongly recommend Joseph as a tutor or coach with anything related his expertise.
