Hailie deserves a ton of credit for helping me gain admission to my top choice medical school! She was very generous with her time, tips, and experience to help me prepare for both the written and interview portions of the application process. My mock interviews with Hailie were the biggest factor in helping me walk into interview day feeling confident and prepared. She also had the biggest insight out of anyone I consulted into how to sharpen and improve my personal statement to best communicate my story. I can't recommend Hailie highly enough for anyone looking to optimize their approach to interviewing and solidifying their narrative for medical school.

I met Ulyana in 2023 when she was my mentor at Google (Waze UK). Even though we’ve both moved on to different things, I still go to her for advice and I’m proud to call her a close friend. Ulyana is incredibly sharp and detailed, but what really stood out was how she supported me when I was starting out. When I struggled with certain parts of the role, she didn’t just repeat herself - she’d actually take the time to find a new way to explain things until it clicked. I still use her advice in my job today, and I honestly don't think I’d be where I am professionally without her guidance.
