Jimmy is an exceptional leader, thought partner, and colleague who will make an excellent coach. While is leadership and experience is well documented, the human element is often undersold, as he is an ideal mentor, coach, and advocate of those who are trying to make themselves and their environment better in every way. I highly recommend Jimmy.
