After being confronted with some unexpected changes in work and family life, I met with Rachel to help get some clarity and direction for moving forward in my career. She did an incredible job of listening and really understanding some of the impediments I was dealing with at my company. She provided insightful guidance on my next steps at a time when I really didn’t know how I was going to move forward. Her vast experience and love for her work is readily apparent, making her an incredibly valuable resource.

I did not end up choosing management consulting as a career, but the guidance and mentorship Joanna provided as a leader of our college business group was truly so meaningful and outstanding. She is always enthusiastic about helping you get to be where you need to be, no matter what that is. For example, I am now graduating medical school and wouldn’t be here without her letter/reference from my time working with her in our college business council. Her organized management and leadership skills guide you and keep you on track, and she is proactive as a mentor should be. Overall she is so kind, fun and also open to providing direct advice when needed. You can feel so comfortable in sharing your concerns. There is nobody else I would recommend more from my time at Notre Dame.
